StayDirectAI is a product of NetShine Technologies, a company registered in India. We operate the platform at https://www.staydirectai.com and related services that connect travellers with hotels for direct bookings.
For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), NetShine Technologies is the Data Fiduciary.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:
- Search and discovery data: Your search queries, destination preferences, dates, and stay requirements — to surface relevant hotels.
- Contact information: Name, email address, and phone number when you submit a hotel enquiry or register as a partner hotel.
- Usage data: Pages visited, clicks, and session duration — collected via analytics to improve the platform.
- Device data: Browser type, operating system, and IP address — for security and performance purposes.
We do not collect payment card details. All payments are processed directly between the traveller and the hotel.
3. How we use your data
- To match your stay request with relevant hotels and surface direct booking options.
