1. About StayDirectAI

StayDirectAI is an AI-powered direct hotel booking discovery platform owned and operated by NetShine Technologies, India. By accessing or using StayDirectAI at https://www.staydirectai.com you agree to these Terms of Use in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Nature of the platform

StayDirectAI is a discovery and referral platform, not a travel agent, OTA, or booking intermediary. We:

• Help travellers discover hotels and find direct booking paths.
• Route travellers to hotel websites, booking engines, or contact forms — not to a StayDirectAI checkout.
• Do not process payments, hold funds, or act as a payment intermediary between travellers and hotels.
• Do not issue booking confirmations or vouchers.

All bookings are made directly between the traveller and the hotel. StayDirectAI is not a party to any booking contract.

3. User eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use StayDirectAI. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Traveller responsibilities

• Verify hotel details, availability, pricing, and policies directly with the hotel before booking.
• Understand that StayDirectAI does not guarantee the accuracy of hotel information displayed on the platform, which may be sourced from public records, partner data, or AI inference.
• Contact the hotel directly for cancellations, modifications, or complaints relating to your stay.
• Comply with all applicable laws when making bookings, including foreign exchange regulations if paying in foreign currency.

5. Partner hotel responsibilities

Hotels that partner with StayDirectAI agree to:

• Provide accurate property information, availability, and pricing.
• Honour direct bookings routed via StayDirectAI on the agreed terms.
• Comply with all applicable Indian hospitality, consumer protection, and tax laws.
• Not engage in misleading pricing, fake availability, or bait-and-switch practices.
• Pay the agreed platform fee per confirmed booking as set out in the partner agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All content on StayDirectAI — including the AI discovery system, platform design, copy, and technology — is the intellectual property of NetShine Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

Hotel names, logos, and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

StayDirectAI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of hotel listings or AI-generated descriptions.
• Uninterrupted or error-free platform availability.
• That direct booking rates will always be lower than OTA rates.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, NetShine Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Any loss arising from a booking made through or referred by StayDirectAI.
• Hotel cancellations, no-shows, or disputes between travellers and hotels.
• Inaccurate hotel information displayed on the platform.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Our aggregate liability in any matter shall not exceed ₹10,000.

9. Consumer rights (Consumer Protection Act, 2019)

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian consumer protection law. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

10. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose under Indian law.
• Submit false hotel information or fake booking enquiries.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the platform's AI systems or data.
• Impersonate a hotel owner or staff member.
• Attempt to manipulate hotel discovery rankings or search results.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of StayDirectAI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh, India.

12. IT Act, 2000 compliance

StayDirectAI complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We act as an intermediary in facilitating discovery and are not responsible for third-party content submitted by hotels.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of StayDirectAI after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
